POSITION TITLE: Digital Marketing Coordinator
STATUS: Full-time
START DATE: Immediately

Reporting to the Associate Director of Communications, this position will respond to a continually changing digital marketplace, maintaining high awareness of Canadian Stage by evolving its existing digital ecosystem while driving new online marketing initiatives. The workweek is 40 hours (5 days per week). Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required. The salary is in the $40,000 range commensurate with experience.


Website and Digital
• Lead website design, development and updates
• Oversee all online content, including website, email campaigns, coordinating with appropriate internal and external partners for proper approvals
• Implement website product launches and updates with reasonable turn-around
• Maintain media pages on website, including photo galleries, press releases and latest news

Social Media, E-Marketing and Online Advertisements
• Participate in the development and execution of the online marketing tactical plan
• Work with the Director of Marketing and Communications to execute all digital marketing initiatives (including Google adwords, social media etc.); contribute to social media strategy planning and provide content for online communities including photos, videos, and podcasts
• Strategize, develop and execute all company email campaigns to maximize ticket-selling activities and communications (e.g. visual design, content and copy development and placement, email setup campaigns in HTML)
• Recommend, define and implement effective online marketing techniques and tactics (e.g. email, SEO, Landing Pages)
• Work with the marketing team to deliver awareness and revenue generating online campaigns through email, banners, SEO, PPC, and social networking

Project Management
• Effectively executive marketing projects from inception through completion
• Work with the Director of Marketing and Communications to leverage content using a wide range of tools, including social media, YouTube, online advertising, e-newsletters, and more
• Develop and implement workflow processes to ensure continuity in website updates, changes and enhancements
• Work across departments to gather requirements and direct workflow for web and email content and to determine delivery method of new content (website, video, podcasts, email, newsletters, social media, etc.)
