WorkInCulture and Humber College are seeking volunteers to support the smooth progression of the Creative Works Conference. Creative Works is a day-long multi-disciplinary conference for arts and culture professionals that will be held at Humber College – Lakeshore Campus on Friday, May 12.

What can I expect to do? Volunteers will be required to support registration, monitor conference rooms, and assist/guide attendees and speakers to various locations. Volunteers will also help with setting up and tear down of the conference. Please note that specific roles will be assigned during the first mandatory orientation sessions on April 13 (date and time is TBC).

What qualifications do I need? Volunteers must be personable and enthusiastic about helping others.

What are the benefits of volunteering? If you’re passionate about the arts and interested in working in the cultural sector, you will have the chance to learn about cultural management, current trends and the future of cultural industries. This will also be an opportunity to make connections, build relationships, and sing along with Choir!Choir!Choir!
