A creative writing workshop focusing on dramatic text, journeying participants through exercises that bring writing into movement.
We will observe, play and write. Looking at the concrete, dramaturgy, physical action, language and writing from the body. Inspired by Ecole Jacques Lecoq, Coleen MacPherson, writer and theatre maker, will lead the workshop with the goal of inspiring writers, theatre makers and creative types to capture the world in writing.
In the workshop we will also be looking painting as source material for stimulus inspiration for drama.
