The citySPECIAL offers free theatre, dance and opera tickets to newcomers, at-risk youth and marginalized individuals for select performances on Toronto stages. citySPECIAL tickets are distributed via 138 subscribing social service agencies with whom TAPA has established relationships over the course of a decade. Since 2006, over 20,000 tickets have been allocated to the program by 132 participating performing arts organizations.

“Parsai Immigration Services is the most sought-after immigration firm for artists and we are proud to give back to the community, helping those newcomers enjoy the best entertainment in Toronto.
