Created by Toronto photographer, speaker, podcast host Sean Howard, A Ticket to Canadian Theatre grew out of his love for the theatrical arts and a desire to meet with the people who made Canadian theatre what it is today. Sean Howard “wanted to create a book of portrait photography about a group of people who have endeavored to leave the world a better place than they found it”.

Presented by TAPA, the Silver Ticket Award is given to a person selected by a committee of previous winners, and it entitles the recipient to a lifetime of theatre tickets to any TAPA member company production.

TAPA worked in partnership with Sean Howard on the creation of The Silver Ticket Book and can be purchased online with the option for a dust jacket.
