Albertine in Five Times - This award-winning play by French-Canadian playwright Michel Tremblay follows one woman, split into five decades of her life, as she reflects upon a life of abuse, love, regret and happiness. Accompanied by her ageless sister Madeleine, Albertine pieces together the events that led her to what she’s become, by facing her 5 selves.

A second round of Auditions are being held May 11th - 12th

Our vision for this play involves casting younger women in parts that are naturally beyond their age range; exploring movement and voice. We are casting based upon the feel of an actress, not her actual age.

We are looking for actresses in their late 20s to mid 30s

Character Description:

Albertine at 70 has just arrived at a home for the elderly in 1982. She has found acceptance in herself, and in her counterparts.
