Theatre Gargantua is now accepting applications for 2 Summer Producing Internships for post-secondary students for the roles of Publicity and Community Relations Coordinator and Producing Assistant.
Theatre Gargantua is a Toronto-based company with over 20 years history of making award-winning productions that combine dynamic physicality, evocative live music, innovative designs and provocative text to tell original stories. Our productions have been presented on some of Toronto’s most prestigious stages include the Royal Alexandra Theatre, toured the UK and headlined the Portland Performing Arts Festival. We are currently developing a new production which will premiere at Theatre Passe Muraille this fall, and our third SideStream Cycle which we plan to co-produce at the Summerworks Festival in August.
These positions are made possible by Canada Summer Jobs. Candidates must be under 30, and full time students intending to return to school in the fall.
These are full-time contracts of 8-10 weeks, pending confirmation of funding allocation.
