Integrated Content Producer -- AKA “not your usual producer role!”

This is a new type of producing role – it is a hybrid position that requires strategic and critical thinking, coupled with the ability to project-manage a large number of deliverables, focused exclusively on internal communicationsfor national and global companies. Take a look at these requirements, and ask yourself what percentage of skills and knowledge match you have to each:

  • The ability to understand strategic communication plans and brainstorm with strategists and creative teams on tactics to help communicate messaging to our client’s employees through digital, live event (town hall/AGMs, Conferences), video, and print. In many cases campaigns involve deliverables across these various platforms.
  • Maintain message integrity of content; ensure strict version control and quality across all communication platforms.
  • Proactively lead with confidence and drive all aspects of a project through the production workflow.
  • Team player: work hand-in-hand with account directors and creative directors. Motivate, collaborate and inspire your internal team members to deliver superior work.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.

If you have at least 80% of a match across the above requirements, we want to hear from you! This is agency life, not a 9-5 type of gig. Our work is intelligent, creative and bold. Our culture is supportive and inclusive. We collaboratively and we never let each other down.
