Toronto Arts Council announces the upcoming deadline for Animating Toronto Parks.
Now entering its second year, the program will provide funding to professional artists, organizations and collectives to support free arts programming in 29 selected Toronto parks located outside of the downtown core. Applications will be accepted for work in any discipline including dance, literary arts, music, theatre, visual arts and media arts and community-engaged work.
The deadline for grant applications is December 1, 2016. All applicants must contact the grants officer in advance of the deadline.

Animating Toronto Parks is part of the Arts in the Parks program, managed by Toronto Arts Foundation (TAF) and Toronto Arts Council (TAC) in partnership with City of Toronto Arts & Culture Services, Parks, Forestry and Recreation (PF&R) and community partner Park People.
