Transcen|Dance Project's “Eve of St. George”, directed and choreographed by Julia Cratchley, takes place Friday and Saturday , December 4 and 5 at 7pm and 10pm, at The Great Hall, 1087 Queen Street West. Transcen|Dance Project is a Toronto-based company interested in stretching the boundaries within the Toronto dance community and creating a new environment for audiences to experience art. “Eve of St. George” is immersive and interactive, with a contemporary vocabulary as the main narrative. The work is based on a literary classic which will be revealed upon entering the space. Taking place on the venue’s 3 floors, the audience will be free to follow any character or scene within the overlapping narratives. It’s a 'choose your own adventure' kind of show; each person’s experience different from the next.
