Relaxed Performances welcome patrons who are often excluded from cultural events because of repetitive behaviour, anxiety or their requirement for a more "relaxed" environment.  Learn the benefits of offering relaxed performances, the components of an inclusive patron experience and take back an action plan template for Relaxed Performance implementation in your venue.

In this interactive workshop, access checklists, pre-visit strategies, ticket sales, flexible house rules, training on expected behaviour of patrons and responses of dignity, performance adaptation and marketing opportunities will be presented.  You will leave with knowledge, practical tools and confidence to make a Relaxed Performance part of your theatre experience offerings.
