Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is a clinically proven therapy for reducing stress and anxiety, and preventing relapses in those who suffer from depression.

It combines the practice of mindfulness meditation with the practical skills of cognitive therapy. Mindfulness is a non-judgmental way of paying attention in the present moment, and leads to increased personal awareness and clarity. Cognitive therapy is designed to interrupt thought patterns that lead to depressive and anxious spirals.
