This low-impact introductory workshop will help you address specific issues, enhance your performance and make the most of your art. All artistic disciplines are encouraged to participate.

- Visual artists and writers learn to use efficient body mechanics to address specific issues
- Musicians experience how to manage their instruments more efficiently, correct and prevent the strain associated with prolonged activity, achieve better quality of tone
- Singers and Actors practice how to expand their chest for better lung capacity, take pressure off of the vocal cords and achieve better quality of tone & vocal range
- Dancers, Singers and Actors participate in how to improve balance, coordination, increase their range of motion and fine tune their movement quality
Facilitator: Susan Green B.Sc. (Honours in Dance) is a Certified Teacher of the Mitzvah Technique, has been teaching for over 20 years.
