Learn how to be an effective manager, director, or even board member of an arts organization.

Get an in depth overview of how financial literacy and HR management are linked. This two day series, presented in partnership by Young Associates and WorkInCulture, will provide aspiring and emerging leaders and/or mid-senior level staff working in the cultural sector with foundational tips and practical exercises that can be applied to day-to-day tasks.

Ticket includes registration for both dates.
Lunch is provided on both days.
An optional post-workshop networking outing will take place on the first day (Oct 12).
Space is limited: only 15 spots available.

Who is this workshop series for?
This series is geared towards any individual who is looking to advance their knowledge of how to effectively manage an art organization. Content and examples around financial and human resources management will be framed around best practices and techniques relevant to a variety of mid-senior level management roles (i.e. General Manager, Executive Director, Artistic Director, Board Member, etc.).
