AudienceView is an organization of people who are passionate about the business of Live Events. We create industry-leading software solutions that fuel attendee engagement, ticket sales and advertising solutions for more than 8,000 sports, music and theatre venues in 16 countries around the world.

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to serve as the first ambassador of the AudienceView portfolio of solutions, both researching & qualifying inbound leads, and reaching out to prospects to generate qualified leads for your Sales partners. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until hand-off to Sales partners. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients through outbound calls and emails
  • Use discover methodology to understand prospects’ needs & provide an initial fit analysis and introduction of our ecosystem to potential clients
  • Identify client needs and align prospects to the optimal touchpoints within AudienceView, who will provide them with full product presentations
  • Nurture long lead-time prospects, tracking and evaluating BANT to determine the optimal time to pass the qualified lead to Sales
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
  • Report to the Director of Growth Marketing on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • BA in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field, or equivalent experience
