100In1Day Toronto is seeking organisations and people like you to share your ideas and inspire some change within the city.
We are presenting to you, an opportunity to be the change you wish to see in Toronto and to be an active citizen!
Join us on Saturday, June 4, 2016 for 100In1Day, a festival of civic engagement that is returning to Toronto for its third year. Co-presented by Evergreen and United Way Toronto, this free citizen-driven festival invites individuals, such as yourself, to find creative, fun or educational small-scale interventions they can host within the city on June 4th.
The urban interventions we are hoping to see are just simple, low-cost actions that anyone can do with a little bit of help. These actions should showcase ideas that raise awareness of social or city issues, inspire change, motivate others or simply make Torontonians smile.
What can make Toronto a better place?
Where would you like to see changes?
How can you inspire these changes?
To help you bring your ideas to life or to join others in a conversation about our city, we are hosting free workshops every Wednesday evening across the city. And, we would love to see you there!
How to get involved?
1. Register for a free workshop
2. Submit your intervention ideas
4. Connect with us on Facebook
5. Spread the word with #100In1Day
Questions? Don’t hesitate to ask. We will be happy to guide you through the process!
