Puppetmongers Theatre proudly presents FRESH IDEAS IN PUPPETRY DAY 2019! Sunday, May 26 at the Ryerson School of Performance (345 Yonge Street)

An annual day-long mini-conference and festival showcasing artists taking new and groundbreaking directions in the art of puppetry.

Featuring presentations and performances by Jeremiah Bartram, Canvas Sky Theatre, Alex Dault, Felt Heart Collective, Alex Franks, Kate Hemblen, Lindsay and Justin Lee, Jeff McGilton, Molly McGregor, Alexandra Jamlet Montagnese, Jamie Oshkabewisens, Matti Palonen, Chloe Payne, Mike Petersen, Robin Polfuss, Adrienne Marcus Raja, Graeme Black Robinson, Peter Scott, The Sisters of the Soaking Rag, Tijana Spasic, Arlene Thomas, Glyn Thomas, Sarah Tracy, Michelle Urbano, Jurgita Zvinklyte, and more!

Fresh Ideas is a day of presentations, demonstrations and discussions, culminating in an evening cabaret of fresh new performances. A stimulating event for everyone interested in current developments, innovations and explorations in puppetry.
