Théâtre français de Toronto (TfT) invites you to attend its upcoming cabaret benefit on May 15 at 6 pm. With an eye on the future, TfT will hold this community event in a new location, the historic Enoch Turner Schoolhouse located near Toronto’s Distillery District. This event, hosted by Radio-Canada’s Isabelle Fleury, will celebrate the end of TfT’s 51st season.

This fundraising event will be presided by Amanda Simard. The well-respected Member of Parliament for Glengarry-Prescott-Russell stated, ”For more than 50 years, TfT has promoted our culture, our language, and offered Francophones and Francophiles a place of discovery. It continues to give voice on stage to what we know in our hearts about our place in this province”.

Musical stylings will be provided by singer Patricia Cano and her band. The Franco-jazz range of this Sudbury-born singer will bring a warm cabaret atmosphere to the event.

Following the dinner, both a silent and live auctions will take place. Profits will allow TfT to continue developing innovative youth programming and mainstage productions.

More than a cabaret, this major event will allow TfT to offer its audiences and young people productions in French in Toronto during the 2019/20 season.

Tickets price $125 (with a $100 tax receipt).
If you can't attend, you can buy a ticket for a young artist.
