One of the most significant outputs of the pandemic is a mental health crisis that is so significant, it has been commonly referred to as the Echo Pandemic.
This has required people managers to be ever more aware of how to handle accommodation requests and meet legal obligations related to disability and other needs, including those related to mental health. Join Laura Williams of Williams HR Law for the second session in our Lunch & Learn HR Series to discuss Navigating the Complexities of Accommodation Obligations during the Pandemic. This session will specifically address mental health accommodation, but it will also cover accommodation requirements related to other employee needs such as those that may arise due to child care and other dependent care obligations.
