Are you passionate about bringing stories to life off-stage as much as on it? If the answer is YES, I have an exciting opportunity for you!
I am Azadeh Kangarani, a theatre director, actor, and playwright based in Los Angeles. I am thrilled to announce that my 75-minute, autobiographical one-woman show, “Echoes of My Silence,” will be a part of the Toronto Fringe Festival (2-13 July 2025). I am looking for a talented, experienced PR professional specializing in theatre to join our team. This is a paid opportunity to work with a small, passionate team and to bring an impactful story to a wider audience.
Who I am Looking For:
– A passionate PR professional with experience in promoting theatre productions, especially within the festival circuit.
Key Responsibilities:
- – Develop a comprehensive PR strategy that aligns with our show’s objectives and the festival’s timeline.
- – Craft press releases, media kits, and engaging content for social media platforms.
- – Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and community partners to secure coverage and promote our show.
- – Coordinate with the festival organizers for PR opportunities and adhere to their guidelines and schedules.
Compensation:
400 CAD
