Join us this summer as we get our groove on at InsideOut Fitness Studio, Saturdays from 10:15-11:00am!  

The beginner ‘Moves and Grooves’ dance class, taught by Rachel Savlov, is an entry-level class with a focus on teaching fundamental dance moves and building confidence in beginner-level dancers. Each class will contain a warmup that blends cardio and stretching, followed by a new dance combination that is high in energy and fun!

From basic steps to popular dance moves, this class is tailored to make learning enjoyable and accessible for all. Get ready to unleash your inner dancer in a fun and inclusive environment! All ages are welcome!
