Project Description
A queer wannabe influencer wins a golden ticket to a luxury island retreat, only to find herself in a blood-soaked survival game where she and her fellow creators are hunted, exposed, and judged in real time, as a live audience votes to forgive or cancel them.
Rehearsals will take place in Montreal, Quebec in May 2027, and performances will take place in Toronto, Ontario, for a limited tour run in June 2027.
Engagement Details

- Compensation: Guaranteed weekly minimum fee (DOT – Tier 1) in accordance with CAEA regulations

Abbie is the famous creator and producer of “Abbie’s Road,” arguably the most watched travel
YouTube vlog in the world. Originally from New Zealand, she considers herself a citizen of the
world – though, she’s kept that charming accent. With almost 100 Million subscribers, Abbie
keeps her channel fresh with daring expositions from the far reaches of the globe. A leader, a lone wolf, and an experienced outdoorsman, Abbie does what it takes to survive.
* Accent Note: The character is written with a New Zealand accent; however, in alignment with our commitment to diversity and creative collaboration, we are open to exploring other accent iterations to best fit the actor, which will be discussed during the rehearsal process.
** We are open to and enthusiastically welcome submissions from non-binary, trans, and gender-nonconforming artists, but we are not considering cisgender male actors for this character.

- What to Prepare: Please record a brief comedic or dramatic monologue (under 2 minutes) that reflects the campy, high-stakes tone of the show.
- Sides: Audition sides are available in the submission folder. Please prepare and record both sides provided for your character. Sides can be found here:
- Materials: Include your current headshot and acting resume (PDF format) linked or attached to your email.
- Technical Guidelines: Ensure your video is framed from the chest up, well-lit, and has clear audio. Upload your video to a password-protected or unlisted platform (Vimeo, YouTube, Google Drive) and provide the access link.
Privacy Disclosure: In accordance with CAEA policies, all submitted self-tape materials will be kept strictly confidential. They will only be viewed by the creative team, will not be shared publicly, and will be permanently deleted once the casting process concludes.
