We’re hiring an ASSISTANT PRODUCER to work with the TOsketchfest team on a variety of producing, programming and administrative projects over the summer of 2023 (…and beyond? Let’s talk! We’re open to a longer-term relationship with the right person.)

 Are you a good fit? You must be 30 years or younger, happy and confident working remotely, able to commit to 30 hours/week in the summer months.

 What would you do? You’d keep your finger on the pulse of the Toronto comedy scene by watching shows, attending events, writing blog and social content and producing our ongoing comedy workshop series. You’d administer the Sketch Comedy Project Fund and provide admin support to our fundraising and sponsorship programs. You’ll be involved in programming, producing and promoting the Comedy Country activities in Prince Edward County. And you’d take on other related (but fun, we promise!) duties.

 Pay is $23.15/hour. We’re looking for someone with experience and knowledge of the Toronto comedy scene as a performer, writer, technician, producer, administrator or a comedy fan with a related skill set. Education or experience in arts/media/entertainment, the non-profit sector and/or marketing/communications would be an asset!
