CineCycle, is located in the old coach house down the lane behind 129 Spadina Ave., on the east side between Richmond St. W. and Adelaide St. W., Toronto, Ontario

Host your event, rehearsals, plays, screenings and more in the unique CineCycle!

CineCycle is an underground cinema and bicycle repair shop opened by Martin Heath in 1991 and housed in the Victorian-era coach house at 401 Richmond since 1994. Now stewarded by CFMDC, a not-for-profit, non-commercial media arts distributor, CineCycle continues as a DIY, character-filled venue that brings artists, filmmakers, and audiences together.

Since stepping into CineCycle, we’ve hosted festivals, screenings, workshops, performances, script readings, plays, and private celebrations. We’re also actively upgrading the space and exploring new ways to improve accessibility and expand who CineCycle can serve. Here is our Venue Rental Brochure with details on capacity, equipment, and booking. Tours are available. Please check the CineCycle calendar and contact us to schedule a visit.
