ABOUT THE PLAY
Falling Sickness is a dark comedy which shines a light on society’s practice of praising abusers at the expense of their victims. This domestic family drama takes place on the day of an abusive father’s funeral, when in his absence, his wife and two daughters struggle against the expectation that they should celebrate his life, despite his past.
Falling Sickness had its debut public reading in March 2023, and we’re excited to share the piece with another audience as it continues to develop!
