Love Photography, Poetry and Theatre?

Shakespeare in Action is looking to assemble a team of Volunteers for our upcoming Weston Folktale festival. These two events will explore stories passed along through families and ancestry. This event will take place August 16th up to August 28th, 2022.

Weston Folktale Festival Events:

Beyond My Skin

Photography and Poetry exhibition

August 16th – 21st from 9:30- 4pm (flexible shift options) August 23rd – 28th from 12:30- 4pm

This Photography and Poetry exhibition will take place in Etobicoke’s Raymore park. Volunteers will assist with Photography monitoring; ensuring artworks safety, set-up and take down of the exhibit, as well as providing General knowledge about displayed pieces of work to viewers.

Harabogee & Me

August 16th – 28th from 6pm-9pm

Our upcoming production of Harabogee & Me will begin at 7pm with doors opening at (time), in Little Avenue Memorial Park in Weston. Front of House Volunteers will assist with greeting folks at the front doors, helping them find their seats and answering any questions or concerns they may have about the event. Front of House Volunteers will also be welcome to sit in on this theatrical show as well!
