SpiderWebShow Performance is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Hourly Wage: $22.00

Number of Hours per Week: 12-15 hours

Start Date: Flexible

Tasks and Responsibilities:

The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for executing tasks related to the ongoing maintenance of organizational operations.

These include, but are not limited to:

  • Assemble and code accounts payable and accounts receivables documents, and deliver these documents to Bookkeeper according to a regular schedule;
  • Maintain and improve online filing systems;
  • Maintain and improve online productivity tools including Google Workspace, Slack, Trello, etc;
  • Coordinate with Managing Producer to execute contracts and letters of agreement for partner organizations, contractors, and artists;
  • Execute social media posts;
  • Maintain Mailchimp lists and execute newsletters;
  • Assist in grant writing and fundraising; and
  • Additional project-specific tasks as needed.

Our organization is based in Kingston, Ontario and operates remotely. Candidates from across Canada are welcome to apply.
