Designed for actors looking to deepen their craft, strengthen their on-camera work, and build confidence, this intensive explores the process of bringing material to life.
Through script analysis, given circumstances, objectives, characterization, personalization, improvisation, concentration, and sensory-based and relaxation exercises, actors develop a grounded, repeatable approach to creating truthful, compelling performances while maintaining individuality and artistic freedom.
The work moves from preparation into practice through rehearsal, blocking, on-camera technique, and scene work, culminating in a professionally recorded self-tape that can strengthen and expand an actor’s demo reel.
The goal is a process applicable to any material—one that allows actors to make specific, personal choices, trust their preparation, and create fully realized performances that translate effectively on camera.
