We are hiring an arts administrator to support Storytelling Toronto run it’s yearly programming of courses and events, including the Toronto International Storytelling Festival!
The Arts Administrator is the first point of contact with our members and with the public, responding to inquiries and promoting our activities through phone, website, newsletter and social media channels.
This position ensures the smooth running of the office, including purchasing supplies, organizing equipment and managing subscriptions.
The Arts Administrator maintains files and email communications through Google Workspace. This role is also essential for keeping our events running smoothly: setting up ticketing, organizing equipment and keeping performers and volunteers on schedule.
This role will require monthly production support for the Pillar event series and Festival events which happen on Saturdays. The Arts Administrator in concert with the Artistic Director, will ensure storytelling concerts, workshop, and the festival are delivered professionally and efficiently.

Employee Position of 15 hours per week plus one weekend event per month, at $25 per hour.
