We are currently hiring for the position of:

Assistant, Industry Locations

Reporting to the Producer, Industry Locations, this position will assist with the coordination of volunteers and logistical efforts as they pertain to the build and strike of industry venues for Festival.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Liaise with vendors for the timely delivery of furniture, signage, technical equipment, and build material
• Purchase or rent furniture and technical from technical suppliers leading up to Festival
• Provide servicing support to National Agencies on behalf of the Industry Team
• Assist with the relocation of Industry Office equipment to off-site locations
• Assist with all aspects volunteer labour resourcing on behalf of the Industry Office
• Coordinate site safety and security for all on-site Industry Office locations
• Write a detailed post-mortem

CONTRACT DATES

• July 29, 2019 – September 20, 2019
