Soulpepper, Toronto’s largest theatre company, is an artist-centered non-profit charity that celebrates the stories that move us and the artists who tell them.

Reporting to the Director of Communications, The Associate Director of Marketing will be responsible for planning, managing, executing and reporting on all aspects of the company’s day-to-day marketing plans and initiatives. Beyond the administrative proficiency this position requires the Associate Director of Marketing to manage a team to assertively ensure the artistic vitality of Soulpepper and its unique positioning within a crowded marketplace by cultivating new and diverse audience and maximizing box office revenues through a full range of marketing activities including traditional and new media outlets.
