TO Live has a full time opportunity in its Programming department for an enthusiastic, resourceful team-player who thrives in a fast paced diverse environment in the role of “Bookings Coordinator”. Under the direction of the Bookings Manager, the Booking Coordinator will act as the front line of contact for TO Live clients and will assist the Bookings Manager in the booking of non-corporate events across multiple venues and the handling of related administration. The Booking Coordinator will consistently deliver a high level of customer service and professionalism for TO Live clients in order to build positive and long lasting relationships. The Booking Coordinator is required to understand our clients’ needs by efficiently responding to their requests and recommending the most suitable venues for their events.

Previously known as Civic Theatres Toronto, TO Live is one of the city's largest multi-arts organizations, operating three iconic venues and presenting a full range of performing arts, theatrical and concert events in both downtown and uptown Toronto at the Sony Centre for the Performing Arts, St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts and the Toronto Centre for the Arts. With two hubs of creativity and content creation in both downtown and uptown Toronto, TO Live has a unique place and perspective in Toronto.
