TIFF, a vibrant not-for-profit arts organization, is hiring for the position of:


Reporting to the Manager, Film & Digital Print Services, the Film & Digital Print Services Coordinator will be responsible for organizing the movement of film and film related materials to service the needs of programming and support departments, to integrate with their activities and to communicate with them and with suppliers on a timely basis.

• Track and provide information in organizational support for technical production of TIFF operations and screenings
• Draft concise POs, tracking information, assisting vendors and colleagues to allow for smooth transactions of goods and services. Communicate, coordinate, and follow
through with key stakeholders
• Maintain productive and effective relationships with distributors, suppliers, and couriers
• Organize the print moves for films during Festival, considering schedules and venue capacities while managing and coordinating drivers
• Manage Film Circuit bookings and all related communication between groups, distributors and programmers
• Other duties as assigned

• Basic knowledge/familiarity with different film formats
• Dynamic and outgoing personality, with sound judgment and discretion
• Professional manner and ability to work and respond well in fast-paced and high pressure environments
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience using relational databases (Artifax and/or NetSuite experience would be considered an asset)
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
