We are looking for a creative and passionate Arts Manager to join our small but robust team for this contract position. The candidate in this role will work closely with our team to develop and execute a development strategy as we prepare for our 10th Anniversary Season.

The ideal candidate will work well with others, while also being independent and self-driven. We are looking for someone with a strong working knowledge of non-profit development and a demonstrated ability to think outside of traditional fundraising practices. Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must.

Please be prepared to speak to whether a full time position beyond this contract would be of interest. This will not be a determining factor in the selection process.

The Development Strategist will be instrumental in the following tasks:

- Work in collaboration with the OtM team to architect a development strategy for our 10th Anniversary season;
- Work with the OtM executive and in consultation with the Board of Directors to implement the fundraising strategy;
- Research and forge new corporate sponsor partnerships;
- Work with our graphic designer for the creation of sponsorship and online materials;
- In conjunction with the executive team, expand our individual giving campaign related to the 10th Anniversary season.
