  • Key Relationships: Chief Marketing Officer, Director of Cultural Engagement, Marketing Coordinators, Digital Marketing Coordinator, Development Associates, Programming Associates, Associate Producers, Designers, and external stakeholders.
  • Type of Employment: Contract-March 2020 to February 2022
  • Remuneration: $60,000-$70,000

Summary of Function:
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager and working closely with the Nordic Bridges project team, this position will be responsible for managing and coordinating all marketing initiatives for Nordic Bridges, a national project with international partnerships focusing on Nordic culture and arts within Canada. This position will develop and execute marketing strategies as well as liaise with internal and external stakeholders to promote Nordic Bridges events to Toronto audiences and across Canada. This position will also be the main point of contact with the publicity firm, managing publicity efforts associated with Nordic Bridges events. The person in this role will act as brand ambassador for the project and work with external partners to support the overall marketing campaign and individual partner organization events. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate will be an experienced marketing and communications professional who is confident taking responsibility and ownership of projects from planning through execution, and can build relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
