The Production Manager is directly responsible for the oversight of all technical and production elements of Roseneath activities. This position requires a high-level of artistic integrity, knowledge of safe practices within a theatrical working environment, and communication skills. The Production Manager will act as the main hub of information, coordinating between the artistic, administrative, and production staff to ensure all facets of the production are up-to-date.

In addition, the Production Manager will provide support to the Managing Director in the creation of accurate production budgets each fiscal year. The Production Manager, who is responsible for maintaining budget control on designated accounts and keeping the appropriate records updated, authorizes all production purchases. This includes inventory purchases, and the rental and disposal of production materials and equipment.

The Production Manager is a seasonal, full-time salaried position that reports to both the Managing Director and Artistic Director, while supervising Stage Managers, Designers, Technical Directors, and all other Production personnel (including co-ops, interns, and volunteer staff). This contract has the potential to be renewed from mid-August 2019 – May 2020.
