Employment Opportunity: Records and Archives Coordinator

Reporting to TO Live’s Director of IT, the Records and Archives Coordinator will be responsible for the efficient and effective coordination of electronic and paper based information, and will coordinate the storage methods of TO Live’s records. Responsibilities will include the filing, archiving, preservation and retrieval of records and documents in accordance with TO Live’s Retention Schedule Policy. The Records and Archives Coordinator shall locate and remove materials from files when requested and will be responsible for keeping accurate and complete records and forms.

Previously known as Civic Theatres Toronto, TO Live is one of the city's largest multi-arts organizations, operating three iconic venues and presenting a full range of performing arts, theatrical and concert events in both downtown and uptown Toronto at the Sony Centre for the Performing Arts, St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts and the Toronto Centre for the Arts. With two hubs of creativity and content creation in both downtown and uptown Toronto, TO Live has a unique place and perspective in Toronto.
