We have an immediate need for a Volunteer to take on the role of Rentals Co-Manager/Rental Enquiries at The Alumnae Theatre.
This position is done primarily via email, from your home computer and you will be the liaison with potential renters.
• Will receive emails from the ‘rentals@’ emails
• Respond to email inquiries about renting the rehearsal space.
• phone messages from the theatre - respond as needed
• Check the calendar and reply and attach an information package
• Answer a variety of questions, follow up on requests where a availability is hard to find, find answers to technical questions.
• Coordinate with other Rental Co- manager and coordinate with another team member for theatre tours
• Although there are days when there are no emails to answer, there are other days when there are 5 or 6 enquires to respond too.
