SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER
Reporting to the Senior Director, People & Culture, the Senior HR Business Partner will lend their expertise to an assigned portfolio of departments, facilitate internal & external professional development organization-wide, and be responsible for HR data analysis & metrics.
HR Business Partner (60%):
Provide to a dedicated portfolio of departments HR expertise, advice & HR strategies to support them with Full HR life-cycle from recruitment through to exit interviews,
Employee engagement initiatives, Employee relations, Performance Management & Development Plans, Policy interpretation, Facilitate roll-out of new initiatives &
workshops, Succession planning, Compensation planning, Budget & forecast planning
Professional Development/Learning & Development (20%)
Data Management/ Reporting Analysis & Metrics (20%)
