Fall for Dance North (FFDN) is Toronto’s premier international dance festival.
FFDN’s fifth anniversary festival will run from October 2-6, 2019 . JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Ticketing Coordinator will assume responsibility for the smooth operation of FFDN’s Ticket Services, ensuring exceptional customer service for all patrons ordering tickets and attending mainstage programming.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Manage all ticketing operations, including private and group bookings.
-Act as the main liaison between FFDN and the Sony Centre Box Office.
-Provide exceptional customer service for patrons by answering phone calls and emails.
-Work closely with Director of Development to communicate with donors and partners to arrange ticket orders.
-Track ticket sales data and prepare and update ticket sales reports on a regular basis.
-Support FFDN team with ongoing group sales initiatives/group outreach.
-Support FFDN team to plan and execute strategy for a 2019 community ticket donation program.
-Other duties, as required

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
-Min. 2 yrs experience in Ticket Services/Box Office management required.
-Proven ability to problem solve, embrace ​flexibility ​and ​versatility in a fast-paced evolving environment.
-Very well organized with strong attention to detail.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Experience in community outreach and group sales is an asset.
-Experience preparing and providing sales reports and presentations is an asset.

CONTRACT TERM
September 3 - October 6 plus one post-festival meeting. Part time during prep period. Full-time during festival week (Sept. 30-Oct. 6)
