Announcing Phase 2 of the Artscape Lofts: 4 affordable homes available for artists in downtown Toronto
Artscape is excited to announce four affordable residential opportunities available for artists in the PACE condominium development under construction in downtown Toronto.
This is the second phase in the Artscape Lofts call for proposals. The first phase, launched Dec 11, 2014, resulted in the purchase of 13 below-market condos at two locations, PACE and 210 Simcoe. The remaining units are available at the PACE condominium, located 155-163 Dundas Street East.
The PACE condominium building is located at the corner of Dundas Street East and Jarvis. The units feature contemporary kitchens, stainless steel appliances, brand-name washer and dryer, soaker tub and a spacious balcony. The building features a 24-hour concierge, cardio/weight-room and yoga studio, a sun deck, outdoor pool and more.
This opportunity is available thanks to an innovative partnership between Artscape, the City of Toronto and developer Great Gulf.
The application process is now open to qualifying artists, with a deadline of July 17, 2015. Complete information including the Call for Proposals is available at artscapelofts.ca.
