IF A PARK EVENT IS PART OF YOUR 2017 SEASON, WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!
The deadline to be eligible for full promotional benefits, is March 15, 2017.*
Toronto Arts Foundation invites artists and arts organizations producing events in city parks to participate in the Arts in the Parks initiative. There is no cost to participate. Artists and arts organizations will benefit from a city-wide marketing campaign.
In 2016, Arts in the Parks events reached over 34,000 Torontonians across the city in approximately 250 events. Events include artistic disciplines such as dance, literary arts, music, theatre, film, visual arts and media arts, community-engaged work, and any combination of the above. If your event occurs between June 15 – September 30, 2017, is free to the public (donations may be collected), and family-friendly, it may be eligible for participation.

Note: Toronto Arts Council grants recipients participating in the Arts in the Parks initiative are eligible for special events park permit(s) fee reimbursement(s). You do not have to be a Toronto Arts Council grants client to participate in Arts in the Parks.
Arts in the Parks is an initiative of the Toronto Arts Foundation and the Toronto Arts Council, presented in partnership with Toronto Arts & Culture Services, City Parks, Forestry & Recreation and Park People.
