Event, Industry Listing, Submission.

TEST DRIVE is for work in the very early stages of creation, initial ideas that you’re experimenting with and would like to test in front of an audience.

The program is open to professional dance artists and is first in, best dressed. Here are some things you should know:

  • A maximum of three works will be shown per session.
  • Work presented should be a maximum of 15 minutes long.
  • No technical elements will be provided other than basic sound and a single-state general wash – if lighting, props, etc. are integral to the idea, artists must provide them.
  • Following the showing there will be a brief moderated discussion, with more time for audience feedback and discussion at the conclusion of the evening.

TEST DRIVE participation is free, and admission is free and open to the public.
