Back and neck discomfort can interfere with activities of daily life and with your ability to create art. This interactive workshop will explore common causes of back pain and what you can do about it!
Participants will gain an understanding of the structural, musculoskeletal, and energetic causes of back pain, and will explore easy, practical self- care exercises to help relieve discomfort and improve health. Emphasis will be placed on de-stressing your spine with:
- Proper ergonomics and support
- Stretching and Strengthening
- Joint mobility
- Breathing Techniques
- Creative Visualization
Please wear loose comfortable clothing.
