NEW for 2015 – The Voice Intensive in Toronto
Hosted by the AMPD, York University's School of the Arts, Media, Performance & Design.
Join us in the research of breath, body, presence, action and the robust rhetoric of Shakespeare. Participants ranging from advanced students to senior professionals will develop and refine skills to enliven their practices. The program provides a rare and unique pedagogical training ground for voice teachers and teachers-in-training who with to deepen their understanding of the multidisciplinary approach.

4-week program
May 17 to June 13, 2015
$2,150.00 plus applicable taxes

Engage. Embody. Explore.
Through guided exploration and support, participants actively examine the foundations of voice and body in a highly dynamic atmosphere. The extended time to engage in personal research and embody discoveries using Shakespearian text culminates in an integrated practice.

3-week program
May 25 to June 13, 2015
$1,450.00 plus applicable taxes

This advanced program, developed for Voice Intensive alumni and advanced professional actors, offers a supportive environment in which participants can approach their current challenges in a way that will encourage individual authority in all aspects of the work. There will be an emphasis on clarifying voice work as a primary system of support for the actor in performance.

health concerns.

There is a $30 non-refundable processing fee in addition to tuition fees. Once accepted, a non-refundable $100 deposit is required to hold your place.

Balance of tuition is due by April 30, 2015. Tuition fees are non-refundable except in cases of medical emergency.
