In Butoh we are interested in form, not as shape, but rather as ephemeral manifestations of the universe. In this workshop we will work to create dance that is the embodiment of conditions, concepts and metaphor; inventions of the mind. We will work to create meaning animated in formless form.
Intermediate level workshop
