Maintaining the optimal health of your body - your instrument - is paramount when you're a performer. But the life of an actor, singer or dancer is varied and unique - established habits and tendencies can make healthy eating a challenge.
In this two hour workshop you'll discover how building a healthy routine will set the foundation for your best performance.

finding your optimal daily nutrition blueprint to use over and over again
how nerves and stress affects what you eat, and ultimately your performance
the best foods on audition and performance days, plus what you should avoid
tips to prepare meals for rehearsals or tech week on a budget
