Feeling exhausted? Join our chiropractor, psychotherapist and shiatsu therapist for guidance on how to fight fatigue – whether it’s creative, physical, or both.

You will be guided through hands-on exercises to relieve fatigue and boost energy, concentration, and focus including:

- Self-shiatsu techniques
- Qi gong exercises
- Alignment exercises
- Breathing exercises
- Guided meditation

You will also learn practical strategies and tips to help you with:

- Identifying and addressing mental blocks
- Addressing fatigue with nutrition
- Letting go of draining emotions like worry and fear
- Finding or creating peer support networks
