Victoria Laberge is a Toronto-based arts administrator originally from Montreal. After having served as the Development Assistant for Centaur Theatre for three seasons, she joined the Nightwood Theatre team in 2015, taking on the role of Director of Development. Victoria also works as a freelance producer and publicist, and is currently working with such illustrious teams as Sex T-Rex Comedy, Puppetmongers Theatre, Morro and Jasp, and Discord and Din Theatre.

Discord and Din Theatre produces Canadian and international plays that are artistically outcast and created outside conventional narratives, seeking to push the boundaries of traditional theatrical conventions. Founded in 2015 to bring Artistic Producer Jenna Harris’s play ‘Mine’ to the Next Stage Theatre Festival, Discord and Din has since produced ‘This is Where We Live’ by Vivienne Walsh at the 2015 SummerWorks Performance Festival, and ‘Lela & Co.’ by Cordelia Lynn in 2018 with Seventh Stage Productions.

Fees for this workshop go to support Discord and Din Theatre's upcoming production of 'Revolt. She Said. Revolt Again.' by Alice Birch at Buddies in Bad Times Theatre in April 2020. Learn more at
