Performing can be stressful, even for the most seasoned professional. This workshop offers a variety approaches to dealing with the performance-related stressors.
Over an afternoon intensive of 3 sessions with The Al & Malka Green Artists’ Health Centre’s Registered Dietitian and two Psychotherapists, you will learn:
- Cognitive and behavioural strategies for addressing performance anxiety
- How to use nutrition as a tool to support performance and combat stress, even on a budget
- Guided meditation and relaxation techniques for inner calm
